You may cancel or return your order before and after your product has shipped. You can raise the cancellation or return request with in 24 hours after placing the order or within 7 days of delivered the item. In case you have any query regarding cancellation / return policies you may call our customer care department.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ORDERED FROM SHOPATLANTIS.IN?
To return a product purchased (full payment made through online payment gateway) on shopatlantis.in, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note and E-mail it to email@example.com
We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, after deducting bank charges of 2.5%, Services Tax 10% on the bank charges, ECESS of 0.3% on Service Tax, both side freight charges. We will also deduct damage or/and missing part cost in case we receive broken items. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our online store.
WITHIN WHAT TIME PERIOD DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
You can return any product bought from shopatlantis.in, before the product is installed at your place. This should be done within 7 days from date of receiving the item.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
We will initiate the refund process once you receive the package with the item in it. The refund will be made to the same payment mode/option(s) originally used to pay for the order after deduction of amount mentioned in clause 1. Please note we will not be able to return the same by cheque or cash.
WHAT DO I DO IN CASE I WAS TO CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE THE SHIPMENT REACHES ME?
